Intermarp manufactures homologated drinking water compound, certified by important organizations and laboratories (Certifications).
Intermarp offers its customers the possibility of personalising the compounds in keeping with the type of article and the various production needs.
Thanks to the long and vast experience acquired in its production process, INTERMARP is able to better understand the problems tied to the various types of moulding and so to better act with regard to the compound or in support of the customer's production process.
Intermarp makes mixtures for injection moulding, compression moulding and extrusion moulding with 30 to 90 ShA hardness and rubber masters with classical formula, without IPA or customised.
We mainly employ the following polymers:
- EPDM (Ethylene Propylene)
- NBR (Nitrile)
- SBR (Styrene-Butadiene)
- NR (Natural Rubber)
- CR (Polychloroprene)
- CIIR (Chlorobutyl)
Intermarp's mixing room
Thanks to its new mixture plant, Intermarp has cutting-edge technology available. The production process is subdivided in 5 steps managed by a microcomponent-PLC-controlled automatic dosing system with 32 silos.

Customisation
Depending on the customers' needs, the Intermarp compounds are available as:
- Continuous festoon with 300 mm width x 8/11 mm thickness
